Note: This is a self-service studio rental. Any equipment, backdrops, furniture, or props on-site are shared, provided as-is, and may vary between bookings. Clients are advised to bring their own essential gear to ensure a smooth shoot.

Studio Etiquette
To help us maintain a clean, respectful, and professional environment for all guests, we kindly ask that everyone using the space follows the guidelines below. These simple practices ensure the studio remains well-kept, on schedule, and ready for the next creative team.
Timing & Charges

Clients must leave the space on time before the next booking begins.

Additional time is charged at RM150/hour (or part thereof). Any studio use exceeding 15 minutes after the scheduled booking end time will be automatically invoiced and charged to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Booking time applies regardless of whether another booking follows. Clients must vacate the studio and return all items by the end of the booking.
Cleanliness & Setup

All furniture and props must be returned to their original positions. (A small penalty of RM100 applies if furniture is not returned properly.)

If using a backdrop, please ensure it is set up and taken down properly. (A RM50 penalty applies if the backdrop is not returned properly.)

Please clear the water reservoir of the steamer before leaving.

Trash brought into the space must be removed upon leaving.
Liability & Charges

Laccord Sdn Bhd (operating as Modula Loko) reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any additional hours, damages, or excessive cleaning fees.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in future booking restrictions.
Content Usage

Modula Loko may repost content created in the studio after it has been publicly shared (e.g., on Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

We will credit the creator where possible and will not use the content for paid advertising without prior permission.
